한국학중앙연구원 한국학대학원에서 '2021년도 차세대 한국학자 초청 연구지원' 대상자를 모집합니다. 차세대 한국학자 초청 연구지원은, 해외 대학에서 한국학 관련 연구를 진행하는 외국인 및 재외국민 석·박사과정 재학생을 한국학중앙연구원 한국학대학원으로 초청하여 6개월간 연구 활동을 지원하는 비학위과정 프로그램입니다.
We are seeking applications for 2021 AKS Graduate Fellowship. It's a non-degree program which invites international graduate students abroad in the fields of Korean studies to the Graduate School of Korean Studies, the Academy of Korean Studies, and offers opportunities to conduct research in Korea for 6 months.
1. 지원 내용 Fellowship Benefits
○ 연구지원금 (월 750,000원), 왕복 항공료
Monthly stipend of KRW750,000, and round trip airfare
○ 본원 게스트하우스 무료 제공
On-campus accommodation is available free of charge.
○ 지원 기간 : 6개월 (2021. 9. 1. ~ 2022. 2. 28.)
Fellowship period : 6 months (1 Sep 2021 ~ 28 Feb 2022)
○ 한국학대학원 소속 교수를 지도교수로 지정, 연구 주제에 대해 개별적인 지도
Fellows will designate one of the AKS’ professors whose specialty is most relevant to their research topic as their academic advisor, who will guide them through the fellowship period.
○ 한국문화학당에서 개설하는 한국어 강의 무료 수강 및 문화체험 참여 가능
Korean language courses as well as cultural experience program are available free of charge.
2. 지원 자격 Eligibility
○ 연구지원 시작일(2021. 9. 1.)을 기준으로 해외 대학 소속 석사 과정 재학생·수료생 및 박사 과정 재학생으로 연구 주제가 한국과 관련있는 자
International students enrolled at an overseas university in a Master’s or doctoral degree program as of the beginning of the fellowship period (1 Sep 2021), whose research topic pertains to Korea/Korean studies
※ 박사과정 수료생은 지원대상이 아님.
Students in an ABD(All But Dissertation) status of a Master’s degree program are eligible, but doctoral degree students in an ABD status are not eligible.
※ 한국어 능력과 관계없이 지원 가능함.
Korean language proficiency is not required.
